60 or 90 Mixed Method Cupping Treatments
In this treatment, you trust your therapist to listen to your concerns and assess the methods needed to address your pain. It could be any combination of the following: Reverse Deep Tissue Cupping, active / assisted stretching, lymphatic, and Gua Sha, all of which can help facilitate healing, decrease tension, and increase relaxation.
What's cupping?
Applying negative pressure to tense muscle tissue with a suction cup will increase blood circulation, move lymphatic fluid, and release tension where the cups are placed. This helps relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
60 or 90 Minute Lymphatic Treatment
This treatment encourages natural drainage of our lymphatic system. It carries waste product out the vessels and brings needed proteins,fluids,and nutrients toward the heart. It relieves Swelling from sinus pressure, Post-Op medical treatment, or illness which causes inflammation and blocks your lymphatic flow. I gently manipulate swollen, puffy, tight areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels and lymph nodes.

What is Intraoral?
Intraoral is the practice of manual manipulation inside the mouth to help relieve TMJ, Jaw Clenching/ Clicking, Jaw and gum pain, Sinus Congestion, Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Swelling, Migraines, Headaches, and Neck pain.
Why do this modality?
Intraoral is interconnected with the work I already offer, so it will be a significant and effective technique to provide.

Do you suffer from upper back, neck, and shoulder pain and tension?
This modality may assist in recovery from shoulder and back injuries while supporting breathing and healthy posture. It helps prepare for or recover from surgeries in this part of the body, such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, or mastectomy due to breast cancer. It also benefits those with clogged ducts or needing a better milk supply. Full breast/chest massage is excellent for anyone, regardless of gender.
